Have you ever walked into a doctor’s office to realize you don’t have your insurance card? Maybe you left it on the counter at home or forgot to switch it to the new wallet you got for Christmas. Even if your insurance plan hasn’t changed since the last time you were seen, it is still important that your provider has the most up-to-date information on file to accurately file your claims.
As a Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas member, you can always access a digital copy of your insurance card through your BlueAccess® account! Here’s how:
Log into your BlueAccess Account
Your digital ID card can be found on your BlueAccess account. Don’t have a BlueAccess account? Create one today to view your claims, update your contact information and more.
Download your digital ID card
Once you are logged into your BlueAccess account you can easily download a digital copy of your ID card. If you are on a laptop or a desktop computer, click the “ID Card” tab located on the main screen. If you are on your mobile device, click on the “Order/View Digital ID Card’ button.
Click the download/print button to view your digital ID card. You can save your card to your device or print a copy of your card at home.
