As members of the healthcare community, Blue Cross is doing our part to help slow the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus). We care deeply about the health and safety of Kansans. We are doing everything we can to make sure you have access to the care you need, that claims are paid and that questions are answered.

  1. My husband and I are retired and seniors. We are very thankful for our BCBS Plan 65 we put into place several years ago. Between Medicare and BCBS Plan 65 we never have an owed balance on medical expenses. The premiums we pay are worth every penny, with no balances or co-payments to be made after medical care. We
    firmly believe that BCBS is the very best supplemental insurance to Medicare a person can have. Thank you
    for the caring message of support. We have personally experienced the peace of mind BCBS has given us!

  2. This is a feel-good message that give virtually no hard information. The big question is, will BCBS cover Covid-19 related bills? Testing? Hospitalizations? Thank you!

    1. Hi Elaine. If you’ve lost health insurance coverage due to a job loss, you may be eligible to buy insurance with financial assistance through healthcare.gov.
