Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas (BCBSKS) announces two appointments to its Executive Leadership team.
Staci Berger joined BCBSKS in July as the new Vice President of Network Solutions. In this role, Staci will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative network programs and creating high-value network products and solutions.
Berger brings more than 20 years of experience in the health care industry, having previously held significant roles at UnitedHealthcare and Humana. A native Kansan, Staci is deeply passionate about serving members and has a strong background in optimizing health care operations and network processes.

As the Vice President of Network Solutions, she will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation and management of network-related strategies and solutions, and I am confident she will enhance our capabilities and member services.”
Mandy Harris was recently named Chief of Staff, reporting directly to Matt All, President/CEO.
As Chief of Staff, Harris will streamline the company’s strategic planning processes and assist the CEO in developing and executing corporate strategies by heading the Enterprise Strategy and Transformation Offices. In this newly created position, she will actively engage with internal and external stakeholders, serve as a thought leader for BCBSKS, and provide support to the CEO and executive leaders in navigating strategic, operational, and cultural initiatives.

In her previous role as Director of Corporate Strategy Development & Analytics at BCBSKS, Harris played a pivotal role in developing and managing the organization’s strategic roadmap. Her strategic thinking and analytical skills not only shaped the organization’s direction but also contributed to tangible outcomes, aligning seamlessly with the overall success of the company. Harris began with BCBSKS in 2017 and has served in various roles in the finance division and the executive office.
