Soon the tune of “Auld Lang Syne” will be heard across the globe as people ring in the new year. (Wasn’t it JUST Halloween?) Like many people, you probably made a resolution to be healthier in 2015. And, like many people, that resolution may have fell by the wayside after the first few months of the year.
