  2. I was actually tested for influenza 3-13-20 — is this covered under the no co-pay or office visit cost to me?

    1. Hi Kim. I’ll pass your question along to our customer service team, and have someone reach out to you with more answers.

  3. How do I get a new replacement for my BCBSKS Card?

    1. Diane, it is Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City who made the announcement to withdraw from the individual marketplace in 2018. Our intent at this time is to continue our presence both on- and off-exchange in 2018.
