Trying to find the form for antibody test

I have a lot of stress I have no income. I have Fibromyalgia, OSTYOARTHRITIS, PTSD and some other Iillness. My husband who is retired went back to work to help pay for my care. Now I hear that I may not have health care by January 2018. Because you guys are getting out of the Obama care. I am stress i want to stay with you all but not sure I can find a plan that I can afford. My husband has worked 35 years had lots of in saveing to finish his old car but my care has taken all of his savings I feel guilty.
Diane, it is Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City who made the announcement to withdraw from the individual marketplace in 2018. Our intent at this time is to continue our presence both on- and off-exchange in 2018.
