As 2020 draws to a close, Matt All, President and CEO, shares a special message on behalf of all of us at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas.
With the hope of brighter days ahead next year, let’s reflect on the positives that brought us closer together when we all needed it the most this year. And rest assured that our commitment to our members is stronger than ever.
From our family to yours, we wish you a happy and safe 2021.

I just spent over an hour on the phone with Claudia who worked diligently to solve a serious problem for me. She was professional and courteous and took care of the matter. I appreciate her help and feel she should be commended. Thank you so much, Claudia!

I don’t understand why our premiums have to jump 15 dollars when times are so hard. As we get older it seems that we are targeted for increases because of our age. NOT FAIR
Hi Janice, thanks for reaching out. I have forwarded your concerns to the appropriate team. Thank you!
Mr. All: It seems unfair that BCBS insurees in Shawnee and surrounding counties will pay reduced plan dollar premiums or even ZERO plan dollar premiums, yet those of us in Riley County and other counties will pay at least $1,700 per year. In my case, my monthly premium will go to $153.79 per month in January. Where is the fairness and equity? William L. Muir, Manhattan, Kansas
Hi William, thanks for reaching out. I have forwarded your message along to the appropriate team. Thank you.
